I call "Berkshire County - St. Pete" . If it became a reality, I am sure it would

be the most popular attraction in St Pete & would make St. Pete a favorite

International destination (if Trump doesn't  scare all the tourist away.

Lets RebootAmerica & Bring in Some Joy & Hope

Here Goes! - 1

Idea 1 - How Low Wage Earners can own a tiny home condo for $0 down & a mortgage payment for the full purchase price of $100,000 (6 1/2% interest for 30 years)is $600/mo. OK - let's go!  Where do I sign up?

If you live in NYC, you vote for me as Mayor. I am a write in canditate so make sure at the polling place you confirm you have entered my name correctly & if by mail, call 311 to be sure all is ok. Make sure your vot counts. I WILL make a New New York City

                        ******. Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious. ******

And you thought on Mary Poppins could do that - watch me!

How High Rise Tiny Home Condos can Reboot America ++

High Rise  Tiny Home Neighborhood Buildings (HRTHNHB's) & Community Living Centers (CLC's) is explained:

There would be about 1,100 tiny homes - each 20' x 30' with 4 rooms, a bathroom & kitchen (most eating would be in Common Dining Rooms, a side door & a porch on the front. Each floor of every HRTHNHB would have 36 tiny hoes on each side & no corridor - there would be a STREET creating:

                                ****  "A Neighborhood in the Sky"  ****

Kids can ride their bikes & play - people can stroll & meet their neighbors. At each end of the street would be a large enclosed terrace.

The HRTHNHB's would. be of 3 kinds:

1 - Selling  the tiny homes as condos.- With the reestablishmebt of US Government backed mortgages, a tiny home that sells for $100,000 would require $0 down - the closing costs would be added to the morgage. Most can afford that!  the monthly mortgage payment on the $100,000 mortgage at 6 1/2% interest for 30 years is $600/mo.

Now even a low wage couple - both working at McD's - can afford to own real estate!

                                                       ******************

This will give hope to all those felt they had no future! This is 1 Major Reboot for America. A sense of hope & a future where even low wage earners  can now leave a  "legacy" to their kids or have enough equity when their kids are ready to go to college, to take out another mortgage to pay for the kids's college. Wowie Powie Kazowie!

Even 1 person or 2 people can now afford to own their own tiny home condo.  The configurations of the rooms can be changed by taking out 1 -3 rooms or combining the 2 rooms in he back & taking out the 2 rooms in the front to make a nice 1BR.

                                                       *******************

The Common Dining Rooms (CDR)will sell inexpensive meal tickets with a "reservation" to know how many meals will be needed. One CDR will serve  frozen style meals with box drinks & the price will be low. The other CDR will have a kitchen & will 2 days advance reservations to know how to prepare. The entres for each weeks' meals will be posted.

Yippee Skippee - There is hope for America!

2 - As Community Living Centers in HRTHNHB's - These will be for people who can not take care of themselves or have limited abilities. For those with limited abilities, there would be a pace to do some work that would be suitable for them. It could be cottage industries making art type objects. Someplace overseas I bought  bunch  of items made from plastic bags. They are very attractive & always thoght they would be a good "for profit" product for a CLC. They might even be capable of getting a Certificate of Excellance in the field of their choice to allow them to get a good job.  They may secide to live in a rental  HRTHNHB near their work to get continued psychological & psychiatric help.  Eating in the Common Dining Room enhances life as their is human contact & meeting new, & old friends. I believe community is a very important part of life for most people. Some people are perfectly happy being by themselves - that's ok also.  Whatever suits you as long as you are not hurting someone else!

3 - As rental units of 1 - 4 bedrooms. Many people will decide they like the connection in the HRTHNHB & some may be built with larger homes for people who can afford it & want more space but still like the 'Neighborhood in the Sky" concept & The Common Dining Room.

I suggest a weekly Friday Night Judy Garland Shabbat Dinner. You don't have to be Jewish to enjoy Shabbat  - the day of rest.  It's in the Bible - the Old Testament. On day one God said, I made the heavens & the earth & the seas & Donald Trump - Oh, no - that was a BIG bo bo - what the hell was I thinking?

Shabbat dinner is a wonderful tradition that is really not Jewish at all.  Jews do say prayers before the meal - 1 when lighting the Shabbat candles; 1 over wine & 1 over bread - always challah. This became the traditional bread in Eastern Europe & the Bible refers to "the first dough" in Numbers 15:17-21.  Not sure what that means but challah is a breaded bread that mother's traditionally make on Friday afternoon with their daughters. It' a nice bonding for both.  The prayers are recited in Hebrew & English.

There is something special about a Friday night Shabbat Dinner.

Lets Reboot America - Idea 2

WHuh? Hand Puppets? Too WOKE!]

For Every Student  -  Pre K through 12th Grade - 3 days a week for 2 hours - Includes all Learning - Interacting with Other Ages - A Reason to Go to School!

*******  The US of A Hand Puppet Academy **********

No, Republicans, this is not a “Communist Plot”.

I will be sending a letter to Linda McMohan, the Sec’y of The US Dept of Education (It still exists!) suggesting that the program begin in January in all schools, Pre K through 12th grade throughout America. 3 times a week for 2 hours a “session”. It can teach many skills & many of the skits & plays can be part of other learning - history, literature, music, etc. & so forth.

I read 30% of all NYC students are always chronically absent. This will get kids excited about going to school & different grades can work together for making new friends & kids of different ages enjoying working with others.

This will:

*Be fun for kids - & adults who will want to participate

*Become a good reason to not skip school

*Create a new way of learning

*Be educational as kids write skits & plays.

*Different age groups of kids will work together to give them all new “friends” of different ages

*Bring a sense of joy & happiness to most to help Reboot America. Who ever said “I hate hand puppets”?

Let's Reboot America - Idea 3

Discover the This Is Ridiculous - I thought Shabbat Was for Jews Only!

NOPE said the Pope!  You don't have to be Jewish to celebrate the Day of Rest - & to enjoy it by having a nice meal, & maybe some service part, to say "I had a really sh--ty week - how was yours?" Hello - Hello - Shabbat Shalome - HEY, Yum yum - C U next week, I hope. Shabbat Shalome!

(Judy Garland) Friday night Shabbat Dinner

You don’t have to be Jewish to enjoy “The Day of Rest”. It is in The Bible - the Old Testament. On day 1, God said “I created the earth & the heavens & the seas & Donald Trump - Oh, no! That was a BIG boo boo - what the hell was I thinking?

And on the 7th Day you rest - it is called Shabbat & is in many paces in the Old Testament (Genesis 2:1-3) & The New Testament where Jesus refers to the Sabbath in the Gospels, saying, "The Sabbath was made for man, not man for the Sabbath".

This "joyous" new American "tradition" could bring a sense of togetherness & expressions of hope & happiness. Not so terrible! It CAN help reboot America. It is something positive & fun to look forward to every week. A time to have a meal with family & friends - to talk of the week past & hopes for the week ahead.

How the dinner is handled is up to the host & hostess. It can be just a nice dinner where people come in everyday clothes - but clean. The dress is not important. There are choices as the way the dinner proceeds.

After greeting everyone & maybe a cocktail & some appetizers, all sit down. The table is always set nicely. Often place cards may be set out. The hostess may want to sit 2 people next to each other who thinks they might get along & even, possibly, date.

“Hello, how are you - hope you had a good week! Shabbat Shalome!”

Singing is now traditional in Jewish Shabbat dinners - but the songs are really not Jewish alt all. Singing is fun, but not a necessity. I just found a new “favorite”

Macabeets It’s Shabbat Baby Shark. Great for some to cme prepared to perform it. . The hostess might get this “arranged” for a family to sing it. Kippahs (skull caps not needed).

Then some traditional songs:

*Shabbat Shalome - Shabbat Shalome - Shabbat Shalome - HEY (lyrics easy to learn)

*He na ma tove vu ma ni eem shev it la cheem gam ya had - Here we sit together in peace & harmony (not for Jews only)

There may be none 1, 2 or all 3 prayers said before the meal. Up to the host & hostess! The 3 traditional prayers are: *Prayer over the candles. 2 tapers about 1 ft long are used. It is customary for the woman to take each hand & make a fist & put each hand in front of each eye & roll them outward - to “get rid of” negative energy. Then a man lights the candles & all say together (including the Hebrew, if desired:

"Baruch Atah Adonai Eloheinu Melech haolam, asher kid'shanu b'mitzvotav v'tzivanu l'hadlik ner shel Shabbat".

Blessed are You, Oh Lord our God, King of the Universe, who has sanctified us with His commandments and commanded us to light the Shabbath candles. Amen!

*Prayer over the wine. A regular wine glass is generally not used but a special cup called a Kiddish Cup (available on Amazon, Etsy & Ebay) is used. Some may bring there own. Sweet Manachevitz wine is good! All raise their glasses together & say

Baruch ata Adonai

Elo hay new melech ha’olam

Bore ray pree ha guf en

Blessed are you, King of the Universe, who has created the fruit of the earth. Drink up - 2 or more cups “allowed”

*Prayer of the bread. Instead of normal bread, it should be what’s challah. Chalkah can be made at home, or bought (Amazon) & is a nice “bonding” experience for mother & daughter - if you wish, bring your own home made challah - never too much & it makes great French toast (with cinnamon for frying) & syrup - yum). You can google the history of challah. It is put on a nice plate with a cloth cover (a napkin is ok) & the prayer is said by all:

Ba ruch atah A doy noy El O Ha new Melech ha o Lum, ha Mo tzi lech hem min ha or Etz".  Blessed are You, Lord our God, King of the universe, who brings forth bread from the earth! Amen

The challah is not cut - pieces are pulled off & given out.

Dinner is served! This can be anything like whatever the hostess decided or can follow some nice traditions:

*Matza ball soup. What is that you ask! Matzah is a square flat bread that is what was able to be baked when the Jews fled Egypt after the Pharaoh proclaimed he would kill the 1st male born in each family. “Sheila, that’s not good news - let’s get out of here!” So, it became a tradition to take matzah (on Amazon) & soak it in milk to make it soft & then make balls (women can have balls also) that are boiled & then put in a nice chicken soup. The thing is each woman’s matzah balls get a reputation. “Aunt Marilyn, your matzah balls are always so soft & fluffy - luv them - & you! Aunt Anita - for 30 years I have NEVER been able to put my spoon into your matzah balls, but I still love you! It can be another nice bonding for a mother & daughter to prepare.

Next is often chopped liver (yum on challah), a salad & the entire - generally some type of chicken.

*Chopped liver on lettuce
